Our Story
It began with Sandra.
Born and raised in Trelawny, Jamaica — where she learned to cook the island the way her family always had.
Sandra carried that cooking with her to America. Trelawny Infusion is her husband Rupert's way of keeping the food, and her, alive — every plate made from scratch, the slow way, the right way.
Nothing here is rushed. Oxtail braises until it surrenders. Jerk takes its time over pimento and scotch bonnet. This is home cooking, served to strangers like family.
Trelawny is a parish on Jamaica's north coast — sugar estates, limestone hills, and the kind of food that tastes like somewhere you've been homesick for.
